With more than twenty-five years in the practice of law, Victor has extensive experience in the defense of criminal matters, highly specialized in procedures of crimes against property and heritage and socio-economic order. In addition, he is in charge of the legal area and the legal advisor for public passenger transport companies with a high specialization in administrative sanctioning law. He has given numerous lectures to members of the State Security Forces and Corps on police action protocols.
Graduated in Law from the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, he completed several Doctorate courses in the specialty of Criminal Law under the direction of Professor Manuel Jaén Vallejo.
Member of the Illustrious College of Las Palmas.
