Paloma Crespo, an associate in our Criminal Law practice, has been awarded the ICAM 2026 Legal Innovation Award in the Criminal Lawyers\u2019 Section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The award, which she received on Monday in the courtyard of the Madrid Bar Association, recognises her article on pre-trial investigative proceedings conducted by the Public Prosecutor\u2019s Office, in which she analyses their limits and scope from the perspective of the defence of the person under investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This accolade highlights her legal rigour and her commitment to research applied to the practice of law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
