Our partners Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Betancor<\/strong> and Davinia S\u00e1nchez de la Cruz<\/strong> have given their opinion for the economic newspaper Cinco D\u00edas<\/strong>, in collaboration with Wolters Kluwer<\/strong>, on the legal challenges that 2021 poses in the area of Restructuring and Insolvency. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Betancor and Davinia S\u00e1nchez have pointed out the difficulty of digesting the avalanche of insolvencies that will arise in 2021. “The effectiveness of the new insolvency law and the measures of the Government will be tested<\/em>“, they said. For them, the star legal tool will be the transfers and buy&sell of productive units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The feature includes a calendar with the main legal dates for 2021. However, there are some known dates, such as the end of the moratorium to file for bankrupcy, while for other events we will have to wait and see when they take place. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
