During his speech Juan Manuel de Castro stated that \u201cthe establishment of five avenues for challenging restructuring plans complicates the system of applicability and coordination of the various grounds established in the law.” Also, our expert lawyer at Kepler-Karst said: \u201cThere are various gaps in the regulation that give rise to doubts about the correct interpretation of the rules for challenging of the plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
