At Kepler-Karst we are very proud to learn the excellent news of the acquisition by RoomMate of the hotel operator Staying Valencia, thus adding ten new assets to their portfolio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our successful legal strategy to save the company, which required the rapid execution of the transaction, which was completed in just 30 days, is a clear example that a timely bankruptcy filing with a well-planned alternative for the acquisition of the productive unit can save a company in distress that, today, continues its unstoppable growth in Spain and internationally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The prior planning work by the Kepler-Karst restructuring team, allowing for streamlined timelines in the judicial phase, identifying buyers, coordinating with all stakeholders to create an independent and
