He has been involved in sovereign debt exchanges, debt swaps, bilateral loans and syndicated financings, providing support to states and multilateral organisations in the drafting of contractual documentation, and the understanding multilateral organisations’ policy, including the International Monetary Fund.

His experience also encompasses banking regulation and capital markets, as well as country risk analysis and sovereign immunity in cross-border financing transactions, including waivers of immunity from execution.

Arturo holds a law degree from IE University, with a specialisation in Spanish Business Law. He is admitted to practice law.
