She has advised both national and multinational companies in bankruptcy as well as creditors, and has intervened in numerous processes of due diligence and corporate restructurings.

With more than 15 years of experience as a lawyer or member of the insolvency administration, she has guided debtors through the preparation, presentation and monitoring of bankruptcy proceedings, has participated in the preparation of proposals of collective agreements, and in the resolution of incidental processes derived from said proceedings. She has also represented the interests of creditors, advising both financial entities and companies, during insolvency proceedings.
