Alexandra Padilla is the first point of contact at Kepler-Karst, responsible for the management of the firm's client-facing functions. Her remit spans the full scope of reception and client services — encompassing communications, scheduling, and client’s assistance — executed to the standards of precision and discretion that a leading legal practice demands.
