With more than twenty-five years in the practice of law, he has extensive experience in the defense of legal-private matters, especially in procedures concerning contractual relations and rights in rem. In addition, he is in charge of the legal area and the legal advisor for public passenger transport companies with a high specialization in administrative sanctioning law and contracting procedures with the Public Sector.

Law degree from the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

Member of the Bar Association of Las Palmas.
