He has been an advisor on numerous acquisition operations, mergers, corporate restructurings, project financing and refinancing, as well as debt portfolio acquisition operations, and his professional expertise has been recognized in his work as a lawyer specializing in insolvency and restructuring as winner of the Iberian Lawyer Forty Under 40 Awards 2023.
He is also an active player in the litigation financing market through case evaluation and selection, as well as identifying opportunities for specialized financing.
Eduardo Frutos holds a law degree and a diploma in international relations from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas ICADE. He has a master degree in business law from the Centro de Estudios Garrigues and is a regular speaker at academic forums, as well as a collaborator in a number of publications.
