Marcos brings to Kepler-Karst’s Sovereign Advisory team a distinctive combination of transactional experience and academic depth in public international law and sovereign debt. He has advised on structured finance transactions and represented clients in international commercial disputes across multiple jurisdictions. He is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association and a regular contributor to specialist publications on sovereign debt and international dispute resolution.
He holds an LL.M. with Distinction in Public International Law from Queen Mary University of London (Centre for Commercial Law Studies), where his research focused on sovereign debt restructuring. He passed his SQE exams and is in the process of qualifying as a Solicitor of England and Wales.
