With an outstanding technical profile and more than 20 years of experience in the legal sector, María is an insolvency administrator and throughout her career she has participated in major insolvency proceedings. She has had the opportunity to assume the management of pre-packaged acquisitions, the coordination of employment adjustment plans, as well as to participate in a multitude of bankruptcy incidents or judicial proceedings involving the insolvent businesses.
Her career has always been linked to Corporate and Commercial matters, both as a day-to-day legal advisor to companies as well as participating in processes of mergers and acquisitions at national and international level. In addition, her interest and specialization in Tax Law allows her to offer a complete and multidisciplinary advice to companies.
She has participated in restructuring operations in various sectors, mainly in the ceramics industry, and also in insolvency proceedings. She holds a degree in Law from the University of Valencia, a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Tax Law from the University of Valencia (program of Legal Management of Financial Activity), having also completed several postgraduate studies, including the postgraduate course on Companies in crisis: prevention, restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings taught by IDEC – Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
