She has advised both national and multinational companies, and has intervened in numerous insolvency proceedings as member of the insolvency administration. In recent years, she has advised companies in situations of pre-insolvency or upcoming insolvency in the preparation, presentation and monitoring of bankruptcy proceedings. She has also participated in the preparation of proposals of collective agreements, and in the resolution of incidental processes derived from said proceedings, and has provided advice to both financial institutions and companies, during insolvency proceedings.

On the other hand, she has participated on acquisition operations, mergers, corporate restructurings, financing and refinancing projects, as well as operations of acquisition of debt portfolios.

In addition to her Law degree, Alicia Díaz holds a BA in Business Administration and Management from the Complutense University of Madrid.
