Throughout his career he has led several collective action proceedings and class actions, both in commercial and financial law as well as those with elements of fraud. The latter practice area has led Fabian to specialize in asset recovery and the study of cryptoassets.
Fabian has regularly taught undergraduate and postgraduate lectures at the National University of Rosario and the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina. For several years he was an advisor to the legislative commissions of the Chamber of Deputies and the Argentine Senate.
He has a degree in Law and a Master’s Degree in Management of Social Security Systems from the National University of Rosario and a Master’s Degree in Digital Law from the International University of La Rioja (Spain)
