Rosario Bustillo

Rosario Bustillo has a solid background and vast experience in international corporate law, banking, and financial advisory. She has led international teams in significant cross-border financial transactions. Her areas of experience include strategic consulting for investment operations, debt restructuring, and banking. Rosario specializes in financial instruments, cross-border insolvency regulations, restructuring, and asset liquidation.

Her career has spanned Buenos Aires, London, and Madrid. She maintains strong ties to academia, conducting research and publishing articles on financial topics, with a particular focus on strategic issues such as debt capital markets (Debt Capital Markets).

She earned her law degree in Financial Law with honors from the University of Buenos Aires. Moreover, she holds an LLM in Banking Finance law from Queen Mary University of London and completed a specialization course in Commercial Transactions in Latin America at New York University.
