Kepler-Karst announces today that judge on leave of absence Juan Manuel de Castro has joined its restructuring and insolvency practice, as Of Counsel.
Juan Manuel has over 30 years of professional experience, part of it in national and international law firms, for over 20 years, and part serving as a Magistrate specializing in commercial law related matters, for 10 years. He is specialized in restructuring and insolvency, corporate law, industrial and intellectual property, advertising, unfair competition, maritime law and litigation. He has a Law degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Master's degree in Business Law from Escuela Libre de Economía y Derecho de Madrid (the Free School of Economics and Law of Madrid). Additionally, he is the author and co-author of monographs, book chapters, and legal articles, and a speaker in conferences and graduate and post-graduate courses on Insolvency Law and Commercial Law.
