Professor Dr. Rodrigo Olivares-Caminal has co-authored a publication titled “The Collective Will in Corporate Debt Restructuring”

JOURNAL ARTICLE - Our Of Counsel, Professor Dr. Rodrigo Olivares-Caminal has co-authored a publication titled “The Collective Will in Corporate Debt Restructuring”, together with Nino Goglidze, analysing the introduction of the cross-class cram-down tool in Europe, which enables the court to impose a restructuring on an entire class or classes of dissenting creditors. The paper provides a comparative study of the adoption and implementation of the cross-class cramdown in Germany, the UK and the US.

The article has been published in the Journal of Business Law 2024, Issue 4, published by Sweet & Maxwell under the general editorship of Professor Rob Merkin.

Rodrigo is a Professor of Banking and Finance Law at @Queen Mary University of London and an international expert consultant for several multilateral institutions in Washington D.C. and Europe, Central Banks and Sovereign States.
