Prof. Dr. Rodrigo Olivares-Caminal has been appointed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) to assist Ukraine in lifting the moratorium of more than 3,000 state-owned enterprises.
In pursuit of its EU membership aspirations, Ukraine has committed to complying with its standards. "It is crucial that this regularization process begins promptly, given the complex nature of the task due to the diverse range of companies involved," stated Rodrigo Olivares-Caminal.
Prof. Dr. Rodrigo Olivares-Caminal, head of the Sovereign Advisory practice at Kepler-Karst, adds this project to its sovereign credentials, following recent appointments to spearhead other sovereign mandates in Africa, focusing primarily on debt restructuring and building resilience.
